BIO

Jared Hollett is a New York licensed attorney and Managing Member of J. P. Hollett & Associates.  Prior to his legal studies he worked for an aerospace defense contractor domestically and abroad, where he emphasized the imperative of a strong export compliance program and quality controls.

Mr. Hollett has an in-depth understanding of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), with additional focus on the Treasury controls (Office of Foreign Asset Control, OFAC), anti-bribery provisions, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He is also a trained AS9100 Quality System Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor and Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO).
